The three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are in EAAs. While BCAAs alone were shown to stimulate 22% more MPS than placebo, complementing them with all EAAs had a 50% better MPS than BCAAs alone.

Muscle Protein Synthesis – Muscle Breakdown = Net Muscle Protein Balance

The difference between muscle building (anabolism) and muscle breakdown (catabolism) is called Net Protein Balance (NPB). A high NPB indicates you’re building muscle. Amino9® has been clinically shown to boost muscle protein balance by increasing anabolism and limiting catabolism.
