More Muscle Building, Less Muscle Breakdown.

Amino9® is a leucine-enhanced, clinically-substantiated blend of the nine essential amino acids, containing what the body needs to optimize muscle protein synthesis (MPS).

contract manufacturer

Amino9® is composed of a unique, clinically-substantiated blend of the nine essential amino acids. It is designed to help bodybuilders, athletes, and anyone looking to build muscle improve their strength and body composition. Amino9® has been clinically shown to boost muscle protein balance by increasing anabolism (muscle building) and limiting catabolism (muscle breakdown).

Benefits

Our EEA's have shown to stimulate muscle protein synthesis (MPS) as much as whey protein (1) and activate MPS with a lower insulin spike than whey protein(2). They stimulate more MPS balance than BCAA's alone* and have a lower cost-per-dose than whey protein.

References

The three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are in EAAs. While BCAAs alone were shown to stimulate 22% more MPS than placebo, complementing them with all EAAs had a 50% better MPS than BCAAs alone.

  • EAAs have been shown to stimulate as much MPS as whey protein¹
  • EAAs activate MPS with a lower insulin spike than whey protein²
  • EAAs may have a lower cost-per-dose than whey protein

Bottom line: EAA availability is the rate-limiting factor for stimulating maximal MPS response to resistance exercise when there already enough Leucine to “trigger” mTOR.

Taking Leucine itself starts the anabolic engine, but it’s the other amino acids that make the car actually move. While the BCAAs take the car down the track a quarter mile, it’s the EAAs that take the car miles down the track fast and efficiently. EAAs are high-octane fuel for athletes who truly want the best.

Muscle Protein Synthesis – Muscle Breakdown = Net Muscle Protein Balance

The difference between muscle building (anabolism) and muscle breakdown (catabolism) is called Net Protein Balance (NPB). A high NPB indicates you’re building muscle. Amino9® has been clinically shown to boost muscle protein balance by increasing anabolism and limiting catabolism.
