Compound Solutions has been recognized as a Great Place To Work® for 2026, marking our sixth consecutive year receiving this honor!

We are proud of that recognition, especially because it reflects the people behind CSI. Six consecutive years points to something our team has worked to protect: a culture where people care about the work, care about each other and care about doing right by the customers who trust us. That is worth celebrating!

Our culture has a way of showing up in the work.

Customers feel it in a quick response when they need an answer before a meeting. They see it when someone tracks down a sample, follows up on a document or thinks through a formulation challenge with real care. They notice it when someone remembers the small detail that makes the next step easier. Those moments may not look flashy from the outside, but they are the pieces that make a company easier to work with.

That is where a healthy culture becomes a customer benefit. And we think that matters a lot!

At CSI, we talk a lot about being Solutionists. It’s a word with personality, which feels right for us! But underneath the fun of it is something very practical. A Solutionist listens closely. A Solutionist stays curious. A Solutionist does not treat a customer’s question like an interruption, they treat it like part of the work we are here to do.

That kind of service starts with people who feel supported enough to do good work and trusted enough to take ownership of it.

The ingredient business moves quickly. Customers are building products for categories that never seem to sit still; gut health, active lifestyle, healthy aging, hydration, metabolic health, daily wellness and active nutrition. The needs change. The timelines move. The questions get more specific. In that kind of environment, customers need more than a list of ingredients, they need a partner who will help them innovate.

A strong workplace is built in the everyday stuff–how people treat each other when the inbox is full, how someone handles a hard question, how teams jump in when a customer needs marketing support, technical insight, documentation or a little creative thinking all at once. That all means something, especially in an industry where so many projects depend on trust long before a product reaches the shelf.

Being recognized as a Great Place To Work® for the sixth consecutive year gives us a moment to pause and celebrate. It also reminds us that culture is never finished. It has to be practiced. Protected. Re-earned in the small things.

So yes, we are grateful for the award! We are grateful for the team feedback behind it. We are grateful for the people who make CSI feel like CSI. But most of all, we are grateful that this culture gives us a better way to serve.
